In 2018, AT&T earned the title of “America’s Best Network” according to the GWS Test, the largest functionality test for telecommunication services. Verizon had over a decade of momentum in in that claim so we had to break through in a memorable yet hyper competitive way.
To show all non-AT&T customers why they would never settle for anything less than the best — especially in high-consequence moments — we used undeniably stressful situations as a metaphor for just how dependent we’ve become on our mobile networks.
